Where the deck shape allows we can fit an optional hatch so you can store a small amount of kit for those extended paddles. Of course, you will need at least one bulkhead behind the cockpit too. Due to the nature of the racing steering system, it is not practical for us to fully seal the compartments so we always recommend you use a small dry bag as backup, especially for important kit like your phone and keys.
